The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requires designated Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPO) to maintain and update a Public Participation Plan (PPP) to ensure public involvement in the transportation planning process. The PPP outlines the policies, objectives, and techniques to achieve public participation. As part of the PPP, the FHWA requires MPOs to evaluate the effectiveness of their public involvement strategies.

In our effort to evaluate and improve our current outreach and participation strategies, we are seeking the input and feedback of interested parties. By completing this short survey, you will be assisting in our effort to continue to enhance and increase public participation in the OTO transportation planning process.
